I wanted to take a moment to emphasize the wonderful and ongoing learning journey that your child is on.  Learning is not confined to the walls of the classroom or limited to a set timeframe. It's a continuous process that unfolds every day, both inside and outside of school. Our aim is to instill in your child a love for learning that extends beyond textbooks and tests and keep students engaged.  Each day brings new opportunities for discovery, growth, and understanding.  Your insights into your child's learning style and any challenges they might be facing outside of school are invaluable. Together, we can create a supportive learning environment both at school and at home. Ongoing communication between home and school is essential for a student’s continued success.

 Parent-Teacher Conferences

In relation to the above, we are looking forward to connecting with families this week about your student(s)’ progress.  Parents of junior high students can see ongoing learning progress by consulting the PowerSchool application and by looking in Google Classroom.  If your child’s teacher has already communicated that your child is doing well, there is no need to book a conference.  With the limited amount of slots available, we invite families to book if they need support and are looking for strategies to support their child.  All families of students in K-6 are encouraged to book a conference time.  Parents are welcome to reach out to their student(s)’ teacher(s) anytime.
