Welcome BBQ and Meet the Teacher – Next Thursday

Next week’s BBQ starts at 5 pm. Complementary hot dogs, chips, ice-pops and drinks will be served (veggie and gluten free options will be available.) Line up at the BBQs to get your hot dog and you will receive 2 tickets – one will get you chips and a drink and the other for an icy treat.

We are looking forward to a great night out and hope to see you there!

BBQ Volunteers Still Needed!

Thank you to everyone who signed up to volunteer!

Volunteers are still needed to help with setting up, cooking, serving, cleanup and a variety of other jobs. If you are attending, why not give ~ 1 hour of your time to help with this annual Elboya School community event? You don’t need your volunteer clearance to sign up at this event.

Apple Pickup

Don’t forget to pick up your apple orders at the BBQ next Thursday. Apples will be available in the courtyard starting at 4:30 pm.

Fun Lunches

Fun Lunches for all students will be returning in October!  Please keep an eye out for the schedule. We will also need volunteers to help deliver and serve the meals. Don’t forget to ensure your volunteer clearance is up to date!

School Council Roles

We are actively seeking parents to support our school by taking on a role within the School Council.  We are looking to fill the roles of Fundraising Society Chair, Treasurer and Secretary.  Consider taking on a role with a friend?  Many hands make light work, and we are grateful for the support for our students.   Please reach out to elboyaschool.chair@gmail.com for more information.
