Elboya School Council and Fundraising Society AGM – November 21
The Elboya School Council and Fundraising Society Annual General Meeting will take place on November 21 at 6:30 PM in the Learning Commons. All parents are welcome to attend.
Parent Reps Still Needed
There are still some classes without parent reps – particularly in the higher grades (4-9).
Class reps can be called on to help teachers recruit classroom volunteers, organize small classroom celebrations and to send out messages to your class on behalf of the School Council and Fundraising Society. Full details on the role responsibilities will be sent to you once you volunteer. If you have any questions, please email Lisa at elboyaschool.chair@gmail.com.
Jacket Racket is running until November 22 so please drop off your gently used, warm winter jackets, snow pants, hats and mittens (no boots), in all sizes (from small sizes for young kids in kindergarten to large sizes for teens in grade 12). A donation box is located just inside the front door of the school.

Band Fundraiser

Family Hamper Program - Coming Soon
This Holiday Season, Elboya School is once again partnering with the Evenstart Foundation to collect holiday gifts for two families in need. School Council is asking the school community to donate new items to this cause and Elboya students will prepare the hampers on our behalf. A Signup with the requested items will be distributed in the coming weeks.
