We look forward to welcoming families to our upcoming Open House on Feb 5. This is a wonderful opportunity to visit classrooms, connect with staff, and see the engaging learning taking place across Elboya. We are excited to showcase the many experiences, projects, and moments that make Elboya a dynamic learning community. School Council Meeting – Thursday, Jan. 22
Elboya is fortunate to have Video Surveillance approval. The CBE is equipping all schools with video surveillance. Use of cameras is recommended to address known safety & security issues and risks as well as to maintain CBE property and assets. Mme Avdicos will be presenting more information about this.
Yearbook
Our yearbook deadline is quickly approaching, and we want to make sure every student who wants a yearbook gets one. The final date to personalize student yearbooks (add a custom line of text, up to 29 characters) is January 30, 2026.
After this date, the personalization option will be removed from the ordering site.

Healthy Hunger – Sign up
Special lunch information is sent home regularly. Parents can access order information through Healthy Hunger. For parents who have students in Gr. 4-6, a fun and quick way to volunteer is by signing up to hand out lunches. This is a brief commitment of about 45 min.: Fun Lunch Volunteer Signup. Student Schedules
This week students in Gr. 7-9 will be receiving their schedules for the upcoming second semester. Students are encouraged to see Mr. Cooper if there is a discrepancy in their schedule, such as missing a complementary course.
