Hello Elboya Families, We are looking forward to meeting with parents during the upcoming Parent-Teacher Conferences on November 28 & 29. We will be hosting a hybrid version of in-person (Thursday) and online conferences (Friday). The online booking system will open to schedule your Parent-Teacher Conferences on Saturday, November 23 at 6:00 a.m., and will remain open until November 28 at noon. Conferences are booked through the MyCBE / PowerSchool conference booking application, “My School Conferences”. Instructions for parents to schedule conferences are posted on the Parent-Teacher Conferences page of the Elboya website at: Parent-Teacher Conferences - Elboya School Conferences for K-6 students will be in classrooms and will be 10 minutes in length. Gr. 7-9 conferences will be held in the gym and will also be 10 minutes in length. Teachers will be reaching out to IPP families in advance to pre-book meeting times. If a teacher becomes completely booked, please e-mail teachers using our Staff List. Conference times are: Thursday, November 28 – These will be in-person at the school. K-Gr. 9 - 4:30-8:00 pm Friday, November 29 – For parent convenience, these conferences will be held online. K-Gr. 9 - 9:00-1:00 pm If you are new to School Conferences and Microsoft Teams, please review the School Conferences Parent Support.
