We’re excited to announce this year’s Elboya Yearbook Cover Design Contest! Students in Grades 4-9 are invited to submit an original art piece for the 2025-2026 Yearbook cover.

This year’s theme is: “The Strength of Our Houses”
Students are encouraged to show how our four Houses (Snowy Owls, Nighthawks, Buzzards, and Ospreys) contribute to our vibrant Elboya community through teamwork, creativity, and school spirit.

Contest Details:

• Who can enter: Grades 4-9 students
• Mediums accepted: Drawing, painting, digital art, or mixed media (we can scan or photograph artwork)
• Deadline: Monday, December 1st
• Submission: Turn in to Homeroom Teacher or Mme Christina (Art Room 27)
  or email a digital entry to chcameron@cbe.ab.ca
• Guidelines:
• • Include all four Houses and Elboya Falcons spirit
  • Include “Elboya School” and “2025-2026”
  • Use vertical (portrait) orientation (8.5” x 11” works best)
  • Your cover design demonstrates a sense of belonging/inclusivity

The winning design will be featured on the front cover of the 2025–2026 Yearbook, and honourable mentions will be showcased inside and on school bulletin boards.
