Physical Education supports you in acquiring skills through a variety of developmentally appropriate movement activities. You will gain experience within various physical activities assisting you in further understanding health and wellness benefits, promoting positive interactions and leading an active lifestyle.
The Physical Education Team has made the decision to re-open the locker rooms for our Grade 7-9 students. With Covid restrictions lifted, we feel it is important get back to our pre-pandemic expectations that students will change for daily Phys Ed. Students are asked to bring their own gym strip (shorts, leggings or sweatpants and a shirt), along with proper footwear. Lockers and locks will be provided for students to store PE clothing and shoes. Students wishing to purchase Elboya clothing will have the opportunity to do so through an online store. Students in Grades 5 and 6 will not be expected to change for Phys Ed at this time but are encouraged to wear clothing appropriate for active movement and bring proper footwear.
