Last week we launched our School Planning Survey.  This is a great opportunity for parents to get involved and share your input regarding Elboya' s School Development Plan and budget.  Over the next week, we will be sending out more emails as we have events and extra communication to bring to your attention.  Our aim is to provide relevant communication to families.  Read as it pertains to your family.  As always, we appreciate your feedback and questions.

Pink Shirt Day – Feb. 28

Join Elboya students and staff on Wednesday, February 28th, for Pink Shirt Day, a powerful initiative against bullying. Wear pink to show solidarity and raise awareness, as we stand together to create a culture of kindness, acceptance, and support for all.

Student Well-Being & Belonging

As part of our school development plan’s well-being goal, we have recently formalized more spaces for our junior high students to hang out with their friends over the lunch hour.  This strategy along with Spirit Buddies and circle talks are our way of supporting our students to heighten their sense of belonging at Elboya.  See the attachment of spaces provided and encourage your student to take advantage of them.  Alternate spaces include intramurals, cafeteria and Learning Commons.  Elboya Lunch Spaces.jpg

School Planning Survey

Please click here to complete the survey. This year we’ve added a translation feature applicable to many languages.  The survey is open from tomorrow, February 22 to March 7.  We’d love to receive more feedback by getting a higher number of families completing this short survey. Thank you, in advance for your participation.
