Wellness Afternoon – Mar. 19

On March 19, students will take part in a Wellness Afternoon, rotating through activities that promote emotional, mental, and physical well-being. Options such as yoga, beading, smoothie making, and more will be offered. If you have a wellness-focused activity to share or would like to lead a session for our students, please email lscooper@cbe.ab.ca. We’d love to welcome parent experts to help make this afternoon meaningful and fun.
